Dana has 2 main focuses with her life's work: to help heal the mind, body, and spirit by blending together her passion for music and movement, and to hold space for inclusion and diversity in the wellness and yoga community.
Dana believes that by providing tangible tools for mindfulness, breath work, and movement, healing can be achieved mentally and physically. She believes this so strongly because of the evolution of her personal practice over the past 10+ years.
Dana believes that yoga should be accessible to people from every walk of life, no matter their personal beliefs, age, race, or body type. Yoga should be a safe space with no judgment of yourself or others.
Dana’s intention behind every class is to create an atmosphere of self-love and self-acceptance with every breath and to encourage yogis to speak life into themselves. This practice allows us to spread love and light into the world.
